How do I turn on the Safari extension?
Open the Chaffiti app and follow the setup steps. On iPhone and iPad, you can also go to Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions → Chaffiti and turn it on, then allow it on all websites. On Mac, open Safari → Settings → Extensions and check Chaffiti.
Where do I see comments?
On any page in Safari, tap the Chaffiti bubble to see what people are saying and to post your own comment.
I opened a shared comment link. How do I see it on the page?
With the extension on, shared links take you straight to the comment on its page. Without it, tap "Open the page" and then open Chaffiti.

How do I report a comment?
Open the comment's menu and choose Report. We review reports, remove content that breaks our Terms of Use, and remove users who post it.
How do I block someone?
Open the menu on any of their comments and choose Block. You won't see their comments or replies anymore. You can unblock people from your account settings in the app.
Your account
How do I delete my account?
In the Chaffiti app, go to your account and choose Delete Account. You're signed out everywhere right away and the account is deleted after 14 days. Changed your mind? Sign in again before then and the deletion is cancelled. See our Privacy Policy for what's deleted.
Why does my name show as a first name and initial?
To protect your privacy, others only see your first name and last initial, never your email.
My account was suspended.
Accounts are suspended for breaking our Terms of Use. If you think this was a mistake, email us from the address on your Apple ID.
